At our studio, every item is crafted just for you, which means returns and exchanges are available only under special conditions. We cannot accept returns due to an incorrect size selection, and exchanges are subject to finding another customer for your purchase; the item must be in perfect, unused condition. All return and exchange fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake is ours.
